ITIL 4 Foundation Sketchnote

Last year I attended ITIL 4 Foundation training after already achieving ITIL v3 Expert in 2017 and while sitting the training I took these high-level notes. Now I have also permission to share it hoping that some of you might find it helpful. Feel free to use it for quick refresh of what ITIL 4 Foundation is about.

To be honest, this picture is version 2. Obviously it is quite hard to draw such mind map on paper right from the beginning when you do not know how much notes you will have and how the positioning will work. So after the training I created my mind-map version 2 with just better positioning based on content of my version 1 :).
